My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, albeit with a disappointing pullout couch upgrade, was clean and well-maintained. The service was friendly overall but varied, especially in response to specific requests. The location was superb for my needs, being close to key Marathon event locations. The location was perfect for exploring Boston, being central to key attractions and dining spots. The dining experience, however, was a bit of a letdown with slow service and multiple issues with our orders. Overall, a decent stay marred by some hiccups.

Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, featuring a fabulous table and chairs for dining convenience, which was a rare and handy touch. Although facing Boylston St, my room was wonderfully appointed and surprisingly quiet, with an exceptional view of the Public Garden that made it even more special.
I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel! The rooms had smart contemporary decor and an enormous screen, making them a cozy haven after a long day out exploring. However, the smoke in the room was a downside that impacted my experience.
